We require our users to use our platform responsibly. As an DIY Websites user, you consent not to abuse the Services or support anyone other do so. Please find guidelines for what you should not do when using our Services.
1. Disrupting and Abusing The Services
1.1. Don't scan, test, or probe the vulnerability of any network or system.
1.2. Don't bypass or otherwise breach any authentication or security measures.
1.3. Don't tamper, access, with, or use non-public areas of the Services or shared areas of the Services to which you haven't been invited.
1.4. Don't disrupt or interfere with any host, user, or network (whether it's DIY Websites's or someone else's), for example, by overloading, distributing or malware, flooding, or mail-bombing any component of the Services.
1.5. Don't decompile, take apart, or reverse engineer any Services component to access things like algorithms, source code.
1.6. Don't search, access, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, spidering, scraping, or crawling).
1.7. Don't take an activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our platform infrastructure or our third party providers. We reserve the right to conclude what's reasonable and take followup actions.
1.8. Don't use any other person's username and password, give your password to any other person, or otherwise manage the Services through shared credentials.
1.9. Don't avoid, deactivate, remove, descramble, impair, or otherwise bypass any technological or other measures (including watermarks) used by DIY Websites or any other party (including another user) intended to protect the Services (including any Template).
1.10. Don't copyright or remove any other proprietary notices from the Services (including any Template).
2. Impersonating Others And Deceiving
2.1. Don't do anything that's deceiving, inaccurate, fraudulent, or false.
2.2. Don't impersonate another company, person, or entity.
2.3. Don't engage in unethical or misleading advertising or marketing.
3. Stealing
3.1. Don't use unauthorized debit cards, credit cards, or other unauthorized payment methods or devices on the Services.
3.2. Don't advertise or promote products or services different than your own without appropriate permission.
3.3. Don't sell the Services unless explicitly authorized to do so, or use or publish the Services on any system or network other than DIY Websites's provided unless beforehand authorized by DIY Websites.
4. Phishing And Spamming
4.1. Don't use our Services to send spam. Such emails violate CAN-SPAM or other laws, emails to people who has not explicitly consented (wherever such consent is required), promotions, other unsolicited communications (bulk or otherwise), or advertisements. Note, we reserve the right to conclude what creates spam.
4.2. Don't send misleading, deceptive, altered, or false source-identifying information (including any incorrect or misleading names, email addresses, subject lines), including without limitation spoofing or phishing.
5. Misappropriating, Violating, And Infringing Rights
5.1. Don't misappropriate or infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
5.2. Don't violate anyone's publicity or privacy rights.
6. Other Illegal Or Improper Conduct
6.1. Don't harass, abuse, or threaten any individuals.
6.2. Don't encourage violence.
6.3. Don't publish sexually explicit, offensive, or obscene material.
6.4. Don't promote or condone self-harm.
6.5. Don't promote or condone violence against any group or person based on ethnicity, race, religion, nationality, gender, gender identity, age, disability, or sexual preference.
6.6. Don't violate any laws by using the Services, including without limitation all local laws regarding online acceptable content and conduct.
If we conclude, at our discretion, that you have misused the Services, we may take action against your Account or Your Websites. We try to ensure fair outcomes, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or Your Websites, or remove any content, without any refund of any amounts paid for the Services, without notice or liability to you, at any time and for any reason (except where prohibited by applicable law). We reserve the right to enforce, or not enforce, this Acceptable Use Policy in our sole discretion.

We may revise and modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time and post the most current version. If a modification reduces your rights, we'll notify you per the procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
